Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve is home to a great diversity of native plants. This wide range of species provides the rich food and nesting resources needed to support the migrants who either breed at the Preserve or stop by each spring. Join us to experience the wonder, beauty, sights and sounds of spring at the Preserve.
We will depart from the Visitor Center at 8 a.m. and conclude our bird walk at – 9:30 am. We will utilize both sight and sound as we try to identify a variety of birds, including warblers, thrushes, woodpeckers, raptors and more. Walks are led by seasoned birders and BHWP interpretive naturalists. These walks are suitable for ages 10 and up. Please bring binoculars if you have them.
