Morning Meditation at the Preserve
Now more than ever, as we continue to endure this time of isolation, we look for strategies to help quiet our minds and find peace in stillness. Join Linda Domino, who has studied and taught yoga and spirituality for nearly 20 years, for this weekly series. It is designed for all levels of meditation experience. Nature at the Preserve will serve as a serene backdrop, enabling you to listen to birds singing and leaves rustling as you learn to settle your mind and body. Simple breathing techniques and natural elements will help you enter a state of ease.
Each class will be held outdoors, in various locations around the Preserve where social distancing can be upheld. Participants should bring their own mat, cushion or pillow to comfortably sit on. In the event of rain, this class will be held under the pavilion.
Linda is a passionate guide who weaves life lessons, yogic and spiritual teachings, humor, discipline and insight into her classes and events. Her work is inspired by her desire to lead a joyful, radiant and ageless life.
