Children’s Moss Day

Bring the little ones to learn about Earth’s oldest plant–moss! Join us on nature’s carpet for an afternoon of both staff led and self-guided activities for children ages 3 through 8. Activities include a brief moss lesson, group games, a group book reading as well as books that you can read with your child in one of the most tranquil areas on the preserve. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.
