Knowing Native Plants

This series of seasonal classes for adults and professionals is available for sponsorship support

Winter Lecture Series

There are 8 classes offered on winter Sundays on a wide range of topics.

Sponsorship will help fund outside lecturers

Children’s Summer Reading Program

Children’s reading programs are held Thursdays in June, July and August. Includes a story, outdoor walk and a take-home craft.  Program is geared for children 3-7, who must be accompanied by an adult.

Sponsorship will support books and materials for this program.

Discovery Trail Backpacks

This fun-filled tour guides you to ten destinations at the Preserve. At each location, there is an activity to do together, focusing on the tracks of plants, water and earth. The backpack includes all the materials you need for the activities, including a magnifying glass, binoculars, a tree cookie, and a rock kit.

Sponsorship will support creating more backpacks and materials for this program.
